I feel better now! I was sleepy and my muscles felt tight, plus I didn’t get to do yoga this morning because I had to drive my sister to work so I didn’t have time.
I downloaded 101 Yoga Poses but are there other good yoga apps you guys would recommend?

I don’t really trust app store reviews, people are so whiny if the app doesn’t have one small thing that they want so they rate it low. I want fellow fitness/yoga enthusiasts to recommend some!
