20 Curtsies each leg
15 dumbbell squats
12 dumbbell rows
15 lunge kicks each leg
15 one leg raised bridge each leg
10 one leg raised crunches (10 for each arm for each leg raised)
I only did one set and was sweating bullets but I felt great! It was rough to walk and stand and I’m feeling sore today.
Of course, my sister ordered chinese food for dinner, which I hate, but I had some white rice, broccoli and 3 pieces of sweet & sour chicken as those are the only things I’ll touch. Rest of yesterday was fairly clean eating though!
Today I will do the same workout, maybe up some of the reps, and aim for TWO sets. One was rough but I won’t get results that way. It was good for getting back into the groove though (:
